Description
House in disrepair, new stucco and fascia need to be painted, there are overgrown plants at front that need to be trimmed, both of the garbage bins are left out in front of the house 7 days a week, there is trash everywhere including a broken basketball hoop, carpet, wooden fence panel, broken toys, fish tank, tools, etc. People are regularly smoking weed in front of the house and the school is right across the street.
