Hello, a large number of lights in the parking lot at 2110 Byrd Springs Rd, as well as the stairwell lights in the apartment complex next door, have been flashing erratically for at least a couple of nights now. Don't know if it's power related, but wanted to send something in since it is affecting multiple properties.
