the traffic lights are working now (used to be flashing red -- thankful the signals work now!). the issue now is that the 2 sets of lights at French and I-94 are now timed incorrectly. cars traveling in both directions must stop twice. when one set of lights is red, the other is green. and vice versa. I've seen multiple vehicles drive through the red light illegally, due to mistimed signals and impatience
