Gang style grafiti all over the building and throughout the alley behind Bennett Apartments, alley parallel to Park Ave. in addittion there is always garbage around this apartment building and old cars. The property owner needs to pay attention, their building is filthy and is right accross a Middle School. Makes the neighborhood look bad. please help us deal with this non-stop issue. Thank you.
