At the corner of Merton and Middleton Ave
Blue house has new sump pump discharge pipe coming out of the bulkhead at the back of the house. Pipe is located so that water runs on to the sidewalk on Merton
The sidewalk is sunk below the curb so the water forms a puddle the length of the house to the corner And freezes .
This is an active school bus sto!
Very dangerous for all!
