Description

there are at least 2-3 manholes in the Back Cove Trail that have not been back filled around to make it level with the trail surface. This is a tripping hazard esp in evening die to low light conditions in this location. it would be nice to consider a resurfacing project in partnership with Protland Trails for this heavily used trail as the clay soil especially in spring causes people to widen the trail even more, which doesn't solve the surface issues.
