Description

Residents of 2306 through 2320 Austin leave trash and recycling bins at the curb without bringing them in after trash pickup. They fill the bins throughout the week at the curb, which leads to trash blowing out and onto the block nearby. Neighbors have to constantly pick up this trash (at least once per week) to avoid the area turning into a dump. Photos attached are less than one week from the last time we picked up the trash that came out of the bins. This issue has been ongoing for over a year.
