inoperable vehicle with no tag. this is a safety issue as it provides housing for rodents and other critters and its an eyesore. Please cleanup the Alley. I own the property at 1918 46th St S. Its a new build and I cant even use the alley due to so much trash and junk. and i dont want to have to look at this abandoned vehicle.
