was walking to Fox School. and there's a duplex on 2216 Stuart ave. you can hear rushing water in the water meter box while walking on the sidewalk. fortunately for the owner the meter isn't running. however dozens of gallons of water are leaking through a broken pipe of some sort near the water meter.
