Description

Mr. Tom Darling reports that there is a ditch at the bottom of Devonshire and Glenwood that allows water to flow off of the roadway and towards I-95. The ditch is located to the east of his property. Mr. Darlings contact info is 203-517-6989, tomjdarling@yahoo.com. djo explained that the DPW could only work within town right of way and if problem is located on state property we would report that to dot.
