I hesitate to say "closed" but will do so for the time being. If we had a "normal" winter freeze and spring thaw I believe the problem would still exist - of course next year may be quite different. We are in dire need of ditch cleaning to ensure proper drainage of our roads. Plus, road grading efforts (while much appreciated) have since created a soddy-curb at the edge preventing PROPER water runoff into ditches. Higher crowning may help?
