This issue has been reported over a year ago, someone came out and painted but it was never addressed. I am not sure if this is the responsibility of the home builders (Fielding homes) or you since the builders have not finished the top surface. Regardless they need to start receiving fines for not finishing this if so, and create some urgency for them to address the issue. Every home in the neighborhood has been complete for over a year. This pothole has caused our internet line to be damaged twice now.
