Since covid, 108 otis has not been kept up with. I took the initiative to clean the entire sidewalk and about 7 feet deep into the wood. I left the bag of trash right on top of the 2 bags of trash that was dumped and reported by another concerned citizen 7 months ago. I will continue to clean the area and continue to leave all the filled bags of all sizes in a pile on that property owned by the city. It's Easy to spot as it will be the first thing you'll see when turning onto otis street from Lawrence. Also, you're going to need to go further than 10 feet this time. As there is waste all through the woods. Nows the best time to go trash hunting before the all the shrubbery grows back in. Which is also a major issue for another day.
