Hope all is well, and please forward this concern to correct department with City of Albany/National Grid authority as major safety concern?

Coming off 787S to Southern Blvd/9W south on the right side there is at least 5-10 "Streetlights" out not working I've notice since the time change/darkness as I'm frequent traveler of this roadway as we reside in Bethlehem/Delmar area, making the area dangerous with no proper lightning?
