I have been noticing some strange occurrence of water seeping through the street in front of my house. This would happen for days after raining. I checked the surface today and there's no visible cracks or holes through the concrete/asphalt at the spot of the leakage. I also manage to confirm that the seepage is continuous by sweeping away the water only to have more water fill in the spot. This seepage is less obvious in dryer seasons but street can still be seen as visibly damp on some days, but it's very pronounced during raining season and could last 3-5 days after rain ends. The amount of water is pretty significant as you can see large patch of water travelling on surface and would not dry out for days.
