Description

Someone has been feeding seagulls every day at approximately 7:30am behind the Saigon Restaurant located on Forest Ave by placing a bucket of chum next to the rail road tracks. This is attracting a huge flock of gulls and I’m concerned this will also attract rats creating health issue in the area.
