Second time reporting this issue in last several months. Instead of parking on the street, which is allowed 24/7, many people continue to park half on the street and half on the sidewalk. This area of the River Glen subdivision does not have hard curbs, so it is easy to park either entirely on the sidewalk or half on the sidewalk and half on the road. In addition, several neighbors park their vehicles so they overlap from their driveway or parking spots onto the sidewalk, making it impossible to use the sidewalk for walking on. I can't imagine this being legal. Can these cars not be ticketed if not already warned about this? Thanks.
