We need more police patrol on the evenings in this area. Too many young people who have nothing to do creating this type of problem together with driving like maniacs.

The City is not responsible for graffiti on private property. It would be the responsibility of the property owner to resolve the issue.
However if the graffiti contains profanity or is obscene, and is within public view, the city will review and take steps to have the graffiti removed.
