This is the rotary at the intersection of N. Quincy Street, Boundary Ave, and Chestnut Street. Not only the yield sign around the rotary has been knocked down a while and has not been fixed, this morning, January 13, 2024, a construction truck went by dumping its load of foam insulation all over the street. The sheets were flying all over the place causing a chaotic situation in the traffic. So, to avoid a tragic accident, I picked up all the sheets and piled them on the rotary and secured them under the fallen sign. We, in the neighborhood, need the sign to be put back up and the debris picked up, and the street cleaned up.
