Description

Over the last year of many rains the boulders in the retaining wall on the block of benches across from 120 - 170 E Hartsdale Ave have been falling out and the dirt is sliding down. Is anyone responsible to check the integrity of this wall and the tree roots? There are some very large trees planted above this wall and I am worried about these trees possibly being uprooted with the soil loss.
