Travelling S/B Rte 111 from Algood & exiting onto I-40 W/B, as you are still on 111 but about to turn right to get onto access ramp to I-40W there's appx 5' x 5' square dip in road that forces veh to bottom out. You have not turned onto the exit ramp yet but just as you go to turn right onto the i-40 W/B ramp the vehicle bottoms out in this big square dip. Ironic that it is only couple miles from the TDOT on the other side of I-40. They have to know about it because it has been there for years! Sick of dodging it!
