Description

There has been ground water coming on to the road and creating a hazardous situation when it freezes over. Usually happens in spring when the snow thaws but is not as big of an issue as the temperatures are warm enough and doesn't freeze over. This time around there has been a lot of water seeping onto the street and freezing. Unfortunately the drain hole is far enough from the point where the water steps out for it to go down the drain.
