Description

The water running off road crown is not evenly flowing into yards ditches, due to dirt buildup on the side of road working as a dam, routing the runoff water all into my driveway and yard. None going into neighbors ditches. This is causing flooding at my driveway and deteriorating it. The water flowing from the side of road is a stream of water, approximately 24” wide, can’t see that in the picture.
