There is a storm drain on upper Minor Rd., Terryville filled to the grate with sand from a recent driveway washout. With the massive amount of rain forecast tomorrow it seems like it should be reopened. The drain in question is on right side of Minor Rd. just below where the dirt driveway from an interior barn (1st house on right) meets the road.
