Description
The New York chapter of the National Association of Social Workers does not take care of its property adding to the trash and neglect on Washington Avenue. The side of the property is filled with mattresses, pillows, blankets, tarps, etc. It's a significant amount of trash. There are also a couple old chairs in the front of the building that appear to have either mold or moss on them. The contact information is:
