Description
Some sorry dog owner keeps letting their disgusting horse / dog use the bathroom all over the street . It's highly disgusting and disturbing and I'm tired of it, does BPD pay attention to this stuff? This really helps add the ambiance because there is already a mass amount of trash and leaves from loitering (no street cleaning) that continues to happen along the entire street. What are my tax dollars going too?

@wowzer2016 I'm working with the city's beautification committee - organizing a cleanup of the street - they will supply the tools, garbage bags, etc. DPW is part of the committee - I will ask them how the dog poop should get cleaned up (I assume they will collect.)
