the crosswalk across Congress St beside bramhall is very dangerous. the cars parallel to the crosswalk are allowed to drive across it when pedestrians are crossing. I have almost been hot 2x now while crossing there in the dark.a man almost just got hit here while I am standing here writing this note. It is very unsafe.
