Description

Please install the yellow border 'surrounds,' like are on many traffic lights at strategic locations throughout Macon, on the traffic lights at the intersection of Brookdale and Vineville Avenue. It is easy to confuse the green directional arrow lights and red X lights with the green and red traffic light signals. Second request, please.
