Caller is reporting a vehicle that hasn't moved for at least 2 - 3 weeks. She stated the vehicle is blocking the mailbox. She stated she lives down the street and has noticed it just parked there blocking the mail boxes, she stated It is a nice-looking car a white Honda with 4 doors. She didn't know the model but stated it seems like 2000s. She said the city is welcome to call for follow-up information but wanted to remain anonymous to the public.
