This stock pile of dirt has been here for years and they are now transporting it to a new site without doing BMP'S such as watering to keep the dust down from the site ,street sweeper to keep the dirt from getting into to the drainage which is a violation of the NPDES requirementsand a flag person since the trucks can't make the turn so they are traveling into the opposite lane both entering and leaving the site Where are the City Inspectors and do they have a legal grading permit The dust is effecting the neighbors who live next to site and along the trunk route ... ,
