Description

Caller states that there are 3 vehicles parked behind the sushi place restaurant. Caller states that there is a minivan, RV and a Nissan Altima. Caller states that minivan has a flat tire and the plate is 078APH. The RV plate is C9130 is a Winnebago it looks all beat up. and the Nissan Altima is blue and could not see plates. Caller states that they haven there for several weeks
