Description

Caller stated that someone abandoned a Ford Blazer on her street, car is parked across the street from her mailbox. She stated all the tires are flat and the car has been there for about a month. This week there is a new car, it also has flat tires. It is parked across the street parked in front of the blazer. It's hard to get out her driveway because of these cars.
