Description

Caller is wanting to report that they had a man living outside of his car using the restroom in the roadway and throwing up. Caller states that now the roadway on both sides of the street is filled with fecal matter, throw up, and urine. Caller states that the individual has left but the roadway is still full of this bodily matter. Caller would like it to be cleaned up if possible.
