If you head South On Dykes Rd; just passing Pines and you make your First Left into the Postal Employee parking lot, the swell area always has water there. Its there year round, even if it has not rained for weeks. About 30 Feet to the North of the Postal Employee entrance, you will see some Fire Hydrants. I think they are leaking; even though its hard to tell, because of the grass. All that water must be coming from some where. Please keep in mind that its the employee entrance to the parking lot, not the entrance for Postal Customers.
