Description

As has been the case across Nansemond, our alleys are littered with pothole from the winter. PLEASE DO NOT GRADE BEFORE DISTRIBUTING THE GRAVEL - it just creates more holes. we just need a larger sized gravel or crushed concrete distributed in the alleyway.
