Elizabeth St at N. Highland Ave. after the four-way stop. The street services 240 apartments and about a dozen businesses. Directly behind Pure Taqueria and Sotto Sotto/Fritti. This is one of the best neighborhoods in the city and the state of this street is unacceptable.
