Description

Low hanging wire, lowest wire is within 7 feet of sidewalk, possible dangerous condition. Update: It is lower than 7 feet now as it can touch my running friend's head as we run by. This complaint is a duplicate of one marked in July of '22.

I'm not sure of the utility. It does not seem to be a high voltage wire since my friend did not die.
