Sea wall deterioration is dramatic and needs to be addressed as well as all the gravel and dead grass along the sea wall and pedestrian path. High pedestrian traffic, high profile path looks awful and neglected. Vinoy recently renovated and opened its line of sight to this area, which is now embarrassing for the city.
