Old, unattractive stump being used as cigarette disposal.
Many of these all over the city, especially along Carnarvon St. Would be nice to hear of a plan to replace; use stump grinder; get more resilient trees in place (stop paving around the tree).
Please, City of New West, put in a plan to fix, and prevent this going forward (and communicate that plan to the public).
