Description

Car is abandoned in the alley way of the possibly belonging to the complainants son who is homeless, Clarence Granillo, was involved in an altercation last evening. Caller states that the car is in the alley but directly behind the house and is broke down, was involved in a DUI incident as well. Caller states that the car has no plates. Call stated she is elderly and is uncomfortable with the car directly behind home and partially blocking driveway.
