Repeatedly hearing loud bass driven music from cars. This happens all through the day and even at night after 11:00pm. This is in violation of the ordinance stating that music that can be heard outside of an automobile is subject up to a $500 fine. When I lived in south Huntsville this wasn't a problem. The law should be enforced equally throughout the city.
