We will address the individual potholes and surface defects in the asphalt; however, the Stormwater, Pavement, and Traffic Operations Department does not engage in complete roadway resurfacing. This occurs through a third-party contractor in accordance with the city's repaving plan which prioritizes road surface based on their surface material, type (local, arterial, or collector), and the current condition of the roadway (determined using the pavement condition index). I'll reach out to my colleagues in our Engineering and Capital Improvements Department to see when your street is slated for repaving. In the interim, I'm forwarding your request to our Pavement Maintenance Team for repair. Again, thank you.
