Description

This house refuses to use the driveway. They fill the street with their cars. Right now all the cars are on the street, yet the driveway is empty. They use the street as their private parking lot. They dumped the broken down van in the street, it doesn't run, it doesn't got moved. It's been weeks and this happens all the time. I've seen them try to start the van, it doesn't start and that's its. It's there another month before someone tries again. The city has ticketed and towed their cars before, but that doesn't deter them. They don't cut the grass or shovel the snow. This is far from the first complaint made since they moved in. Please ticket the van.
