Description
No lighting in R/O Salvation army building on University drive. This a high traffic area due to publix shipping center. the lights have not been on or working for some time. THis is a hazardous condition as I have seen numerous parked cars without lights on, homeless and people walking and biking and barely missed running into them. I am not sure if the existing lights are owned by Property manager, or Salvation army, but at least one light should be on to avoid any potential accident.
