Cops hide on this road WAITING for you to turn there because they know it is the most logical way to get from AMC Theatre / shopping center to the 19 and Schoenherr area. What makes the people on this street so special that you can't drive down their street? Anyways, avoid near the end of the month when police are trying to fill quotas and appear like they are doing a good job.
