Description

Homeowner had a dead tree on lawn and Town came and cut down the tree, leaving a large stump. Homeowner acknowledges that the dead tree needed to be cut, but the Town workers never notified him when it would be done. A knock on the door upon arrival would have been nice, or a note a couple days in advance. Homeowner is also unclear if Town plans on removing large stump or if it's his responsibility.
