Description

crosswalk paint at all 4 streets is obliterated by sideshow activity. You can no longer see any of the white painted intersection limit lines or any of the painted crosswalks. There are multiple elementary and middle schools in the immediate vicinity. And there is a bend in the road on Market Street at 45th, making crosswalk painting necessary to help cars navigate the curve
