I am a resident living on Twin Pines Drive and Lincoln Circle. I love my neighborhood. I enjoy walking my dog up and down Twin Pines but it is such an unsafe route because of cars speeding. Coming down Twin Pines from Upper River Road is where you would easily catch people doing 55 or 60 in a 35 MPH residential area. I have especially noticed that most speeders had a Jones County Tag and were Trucks or Mustangs. I am so afraid a car is going to hit me and my dog one day. I am asking you to please have an officer sit there for a while and I guarantee that it won't take him but 5 minutes to catch a super-speeder. The best time is between 7 and 10 am or 5 to 7 pm. . I would be so appreciative if I saw a police officer monitoring speed to keep the street safe. I am thanking you in advance for your time and consideration.
