Fortunately, our drainage system caught the water and silt. But we had recently paid to have our drainage system cleaned. You can see from the attached also taken on the date of incident, water outside the immediate area is also routing onto our property. I inspected the area today and the hillside erosion appears to be worse.

I believe the crux of the issue; runoff is no longer able to route to the drain on the UDOT side. Attached was taken at the time of the incident.
