Description

A mattress was on the street by 210 Spring Street, it was tagged and they left it on the sidewalk. This morning to my surprise the tag was removed and they placed the mattress on my property by the hedges. This is disgusting and such ludicrous and obnoxious behavior by people who are supposed to be citizens and neighbors.
